GTA IV contains 16 GB that took 18 hours to finish.

Agree with you. He do nothing know about advanced networking. 3 mbps is not enough as faster. At least 10 to up mbps may have a little good balance of downloading a matter of time. I took a Networking and Security #1 to 4 while I attend to a college. What about wireless rounter as gaming router for your own?
