I was told that HOVRS will possibly provide a free small/medium device that looks like a “laptop” where you can use to communicate with hearing people. You turn it on and the interpreter will appear on the screen. You sign to the interpreter and she/he will voice out for those hearing people to listen and they (hearing people) speak, and the interpreter will listen and sign for you. It is almost like having a live interpreter with you 24 hours. The device will be given out to those deaf people only if they use HOVRS frequently.
