I am a nationally certified interpreter and pastor to the Deaf at Seabreeze Church in Largo, FL. I began learning sign language at age 14 and have interpreted in community, VRS and VRI settings. I have completed a M.Div. from Liberty University in Virginia and am currently working toward ordination. I currently work as an independent contract interpreter and volunteer president of ProjectDEAF, a registered 501(c)(3), based in Largo, FL. ProjectDEAF was founded by members of the Deaf Community who wanted to promote Deaf Community and Awareness. I seek to empower and encourage the Deaf Community by serving it in whatever capacity I am able and have gathered a team to host the “It’s A Deaf Thing” event.
