Hi to everyone!

I'm new here. Why am I here? I want to help and share with you all. I'm from Colorado. I'm on home based business for Deaf Fitness. If you have questions about fitness, nutrition, and health reasons.

I lost my job in 2009. I have been turned down from many companies. They love my job experience with over 15 years in IT. I decided to pursue my home based business. I'm really happy where I am now. I changed my life big turn around! I want to thank to my business partner Kody Smith who is my personal trainer. He noticed when I got laid off and started to get depression mode. That's why he changed my life!
