Hello. I'm Will and I'm HOH. I live on the Puget Sound in Washington State. despite the rain all winter, I love it here. Summer makes the rain worth it! Plus I love to surf and the surfing here is great all year.
I have Meniers disease so I was raised hearing, but started loosing my hearing a few years ago. It fluctuates between what they call "mild/moderate loss" and nearly no hearing at all. I'm trying to convince my partner to learn ASL to make the no-hearing days easier on us. I think he is still trying to be in denial about me losing my hearing. That will have to stop sometime because in two years I've gone from perfect hearing to qualifying for hearing aids to really needing hearing aids to understand speech. I just got into nursing school so I'm starting to research the technology that is out there for amplified stethoscopes.
