Hi! I'm hearing and I'm a Junior in college at UMD (Univ.of Minnesota-Duluth). I found this site by Googling around for Deaf forums. It's great seeing such an active online community...as for me, I'm still learning the language. This is my first semester taking ASL (and I'm not that proficient), but I think it'd be great to get involved with the Deaf community in Duluth, as well as with you all! The last big event that I went to was the Death Awareness event at Brookdale Mall in the Twin Cities..which was pretty cool! Can't wait til the next one!
