Well I know that the Deaf School in Kansas is pretty good. Kansas seems to have the whole contium of placements available, from mainstream formal program, to mainstreaming to the max, as well as Deaf School.
My friend sent her hoh daughter to KSD for preschool and kindergarten, and they LOVED the program!

Ksd

Kansas has KSD (Kansas School for the Deaf) and it's an amazing school. I am a Deaf Education student and we go to KSD for Sign Language Evaluations as well as Student-Teaching and I know many love it. Olathe, the city, doesn't have all that much to do in, but KSD is well worth it for Deaf children in the surrounding cities. If you have anymore questions, you really should contact them. Their website is:

Kansas State School for the Deaf
