Hello,

My name is Liesa but pronounced the same as Lisa. I am hard of hearing, deaf in my left ear and hearing in my right ear! I am conversational with sign language but I would love to learn more. I live in Albany, NY. I don't know anyone else in my area that is deaf but if there are anyone else please respond!

I am in western Mass about 90 mins from Albany (not too far but not around the corner).

You might want to checkout an ASL meetup group in your area: http://www.meetup.com/ASL-of-the-Capital-Region/

This groups are usually a mix of ASL students and members of the Deaf community. It is an opportunity to sign with others and find out about other Deaf events in your area.
