Hello!

I just started yesterday and boy was I pooped yet very excited.
I'm Helene, I am not deaf but have always wanted to learn ASL.
I'm taking classes twice a week at our Community College.
I live in Northern California with my husband and Freshman College son, our daughter works in special ed in Illinois.

As of yesterday I can now count to 30, know 5 more words and struggled through the alphabet!

Not here, we've been lucky. I live close to San Francisco.
