It is a pleasure to meet everyone here. I am a hearing high school student who has been teaching herself ASL, which is difficult since there are very few Deafies in my vicinity, and it's no longer offered as a language at my school. I intend on majoring in Deaf Studies in college, but in the mean time, I hope this site will aid me in learning what I need to know, if only slightly. Ciao!
