We get a lot of students here seeing Deaf "buddies" to sign and practice with. The likeliness of you finding a Deaf person to Skype or sign with is probably very slim. Also, your lack of anything about yourself isn't exactly enticing anyone to want to get to know you or anything... Just a hint for future reference.

I would try in there to see if you can find someone to practice with. Your better bet is to find local events in your area. You live in California... there are BOAT loads of Deaf events in California. There is no reason you can't find a Deaf event or function to attend ESPECIALLY in LA...

It's not like you live in the Boonies in Kentucky somewhere or something...
