About a time! Unfortenately, no subtitles for deaf people who using Netflix on Xbox Live as I experienced this. It has been frustrating for me.

Correct - only 700+ of their titles are subtitled. They add more weekly, though.

UPDATE: Netflix on Boxee has just been added and it has Subtitles!! Happy Valentine -New Netflix Firmware 1.0.4.17443 - Page 15 - boxee :: forums has the screenshots

Now subtitles are available on 5 Netflix platforms (other 4: PC, Mac, Wii, PS3)
