does anyone found work as network adminstrator or network engineer in USA or UK? it's hard to get into IT field at company.

I had IT work prior to being a college graduate or earning any type of certification. I was a helpdesk person for 3 years before becoming a network administrator for 2 years.

Certifications aren't what will get you the job, it's knowing people who will hire you. Start networking (no, not the electronic kind, the people kind) and you'll get into the job you want.

Maybe you ought to tell us a little more about what your goals are so we can help you out here.

i am recent graduate with BSc Hons IT includes computer network module. i have some relevant work experience in web designer and trainee pc techincian engineer. I have applied to companies but no response. most vancancies said IT Support or network adminstrator involves with calls and communication skills. maybe it is do with my hearing disability or lack of skills in networking.
