if you put quotes so you will get real actual counts cuz without quotes it look for those words separately.

what I got is:
"cochlear implants" ( 80 600 results) versus "american sign language" ( 438 000 results)

The winner is: ***"american sign language"***
So the actual nbr for ASL is smaller than you got.. but still win eh..

for speech therapy with quote:
