"The California firm Google this week announced it is introducing a new search engine especially for China, which blocks out words and phrases the government there deems sensitive. These have usually had to do with such matters as democracy, Taiwan independence, autonomy for Tibet, and the banned Falun Gong spiritual group."

the particular site you postedseems to be a bit probagandaish i did find a simalar article at the top of google news, i think launching this page google has gotten thier foot in the door so their service can be availible where it was not before. i hat cencership but in china no free speach so google had to lunch a difrent page just to be able to do bussness their eventualy these barriers will be broken down tho.
