No, it doesn't go away. It does, however, become manageable. Take Zinc and avoid salt.

I have never heard of zinc as a treatment.. cool. Melatonin and less caffeine has brought me back from the brink. I have never not had it so I underestimate how much it wears on you the worse it gets.
