Must everything be labeled as hate crime? Women are trying in vain to exploit the system to the full extend; so yes, I think you're indirectly asking them to rape you so knowingly full well that the civil court will award you million of dollars, then you wouldn't have any issues being raped. Buy guns, mace, take karate courses, and you will have every money available to build up your defense mechanism.

The law should be protecting rape victims WHO aren't exploiting the rape law.
