Looks like 2 landing strips. Probably for wind direction. I think you want the wind behind you (tail wind) for take offs and want to head into the wind (head wind) for landing.Agreed and I believe they made top secret military flight and some people never see that flight before and it's call unidentified flying object as UFO it dont mean it come from outer space.
