Quinoa Salad Recipe- For Thanksgiving Feast- Gegan & Vegetarian Friendly

REPOST - Quinoa Salad -

Excellent for people who have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease or need to eat a Gluten Free Diet and also people who are Diabetic. For Diabetics - Quinoa has low glycemic index (GI) which will not make the Blood Sugars Spike. Can change the citrus from Lime to Orange and omit the sugar for the vinaigrette if want - Try the recipe - Most Excellent!

:ty: Pam - awesome, I love quinoa and also edamame, but haven't had the best of luck actually cooking quinoa.
