ear grumbling

so I recently had my hearing aids adjusted and my ears have just been grumbling, it doesn't hurt its more annoying than anything .. anyone have an idea what this could me
 
yea my ear grumble time to time, its part of the condition called tinnitus..- a sign that you'd get a real tinnitus sooner or later if you're not too careful for exposing yourself to too constant excess loud noises of one sort of another, like loud music or electric drills, saws, or what not...its just the ear's saying to you...be careful!
 
Turns out the grumbling was because I had an ear infection. It's entirely gone now
 
you're lucky and ear infection CAN actually trigger it, just saying..look after your ears

and don't ever get earmolds which can mean disaster (this is what happens when you suffer from an earmold allergy and the polyvinyl chloride messes around by leaving out blood, blisters and rashes!!) :lol:
