I have tips for you...

When you are plan to make announce or forward the junk jokes. Do not put everybody's e-mail in "To:" or "Cc:". Put all e-mails in "Bcc:".

Put fake e-mail or your other e-mail on "To:" to get it work.

Therefore, SPAMMER won't able to see and/or add it in their list.
Or you won't have stalker. Who know?!?

What else suggest or tips you have for e-mail?

I have a spam blocker so i don't need to worry abt it! :)
Are you sure that the spam-blocker works well? What if it was set up against porno-spam? Suppose I sent you a joke titled "Penis-Joke!", you won't get it. Suppose I was sending you a bunch of information on the same topic, you probably won't get it since it thinks all the messages are the same. I have that problem with Hotmail and Yahoo. Even my teachers have that problem. I will send them email and their spam-blocker will block my email because it found something in my email that they thought was spam. Did you know that I missed several AllDeaf complaints because my Yahoo spam-blocker ignored those emails? That's why I had to change the settings so that I get all emails. Ugh!

Notice any email address that charge you nothing as FREE is more likely to have more spam.

Any email address from the internet u pay with ur $$, have spam control and less likely to have spam.

Tell me if my theory is not make any sense.

Actually, I'd have to disagree with you. I have a paid AOL account and I get more spam in there and more misplaced appropriate emails than I do from my free email accounts.

also.. helpful tip avoiding spam.. is don't give away your e-mail address to any website, applications, etc.. only give out ur email addy to friends and family :D

:werd: I recalled that Bush signed the bill for tough laws on Spam emails. Same with Virginia. But still not really protect, anyway.

How could this be enforced? We get spam every day. What we gonna do... forward them to a specific address and they bust these people one-by-one? That's gonna take forever to do that!

It doesn't matter. All e-mail have many different word to put to break the filter. For example... Breast is the basic word. Later, the Spammer found other way to get thru by use "br-EAST", "b-r-e-a-s-t", or "br3@$t". More and more. There are complex word to put together. Sometime, they put innocent title such as "hello", "you haven't write!", or something like that and it turn to be porn or dirty seller.

What I would like for the law about Spammer is.. Each company need to to have a required a actual contact without use their fake e-mail to make "criminal" Do you think it should do that in Anti-Spam? Okay, maybe it's too much. Uhh... can't think...

Exactly what I mean! There is a movie called Breastmen. There are dirty jokes. There are clean words. All of these can still be mistaken as spam... and we end up missing out a lot!

Another tips, you should have at least two e-mail address. Sperate one for standard inbox and one for junk inbox. So, you don't worry about spam going to be in your standard while most of spam will send in your junk inbox.

I agree with VampX, the fliter isn't going to help that much. The same company keep change fake e-mail to break enter to your inbox. Ugh!

Only the worst is... if you got SPAM from other country, it's most complex than plain english! :ugh:

I have no problem with spam e-mails because they go in my junk mail not in my inbox! :)

Love MSN! *Kiss*..

AOL is considered a mailbox (not e-mailbox) spammer. Time to notify the Postmaster about this!

It's my friends' fault! They keep forward me the stupid announce about virus on e-mail. They show up on "To:" and "Cc". :mad2:

Later... I got lot of dirty e-mails and virus. At least... Mac won't let me open these e-mails and it trash instanty.
