Yes, I read and posted in the other thread.

I don't think they can transfer to another country.

A little re-training might be in order though.

I once help some ducklings that had trouble following their mother. The sidewalk was too high and the poor ducklings kept falling over then I had to stop the traffic so the whole family to get to the river safely
