Deaf in South Florida

I googled deaf in South Florida and all links I found are all old. Anyone knows a good place that deaf meet in SF? I am a student of ASL, and I am looking forward to meet people and practice.

I've learned most deaf events and such you google are always out of date. The Florida Association for the Deaf is usually ooooookay as far as keeping up with their updates and what not, though the end of the year is typically slow as far as events are concerned. There are usually always deaf coffee events almost everywhere that I've ever looked. I suppose it depends on where in South Florida you are. I live in the Tampa Bay area, so it's a lot larger than most Florida areas, especially South Florida. =P

Hint: Search Facebook groups... =P
 
Thanks Phoenix. I checked on FB and send a friend request to the group Deaf Floridians. I hope they are "hearing-friendly". :P
