Deaf Camps, Inc. runs camps for deaf or hard of hearing children ages 7 to 19, alongside ASL camps for hearing children ages 7 to 18, who learn ASL through shared activities with deaf peers. Older ASL Campers will share lodging and all activities with deaf campers, giving them a true immersion experience. Campers swim, hike, go rafting, do arts and crafts, play games, and make new friends! Returning campers attest: Deaf Camp is the best week of their summer.

ALL are welcome, including:
- KODAs
- D/HH kids who use ASL
- D/HH kids who don't sign much (or at all) and want to learn
- CI/hearing aid users
- hearing kids who don't know any ASL yet
- D/HH or hearing kids with special needs

Deaf Camps, Inc. is a volunteer-run non-profit organization dedicated to providing fun, safe, communication-rich camps that promote the physical, spiritual, and social development of Deaf/hard of hearing children and children learning American Sign Language.

Camp takes place at Manidokan Camp & Retreat Center in Knoxville, MD. The cost for 2014 is $440. Scholarships available! For more information, visit www.DeafCampsInc.org
