D-PAH! sponsored Bill Estes leading an hour Fitness Boot Camp at Park of Roses on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 8am.
The idea is to use your body weight instead of using dumbbells or any gym equipments.
Also, D-PAH!'s goal is to encourage and change the Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities to be fit and lead healthier, longer lives.
Remember this is for EVERYONE-- Deaf, Hard of Hearing & Hearing people, any age groups, AND people who are and aren't in shape.
Please let us know what do you think of the video and what do you think about our purpose of getting people into shape and be more aware of our health and bodies.
