I know that SSDs are faster than HDD. There are many brands of SSD like Samsung, PNY and Intel's.

I will consider to upgrade from HDD to SSD on my laptop next year.

What brands of your SSD you have?

I'm running a, Samsung EVO840. Plan on getting a 500 to upgrade my 250 in laptop. I have the 120 in my PS3. Makes a big difference on in game load times. I read the newer 850 does not make any significant improvements. Lots of deals can be had on new 840's

Do you ever try about Intel SSD on your computer?
