Commercials on "commercial-free" XM radio??

For those of you who have or are looking at getting XM radio, it seems that the "commercial free" service may not be so commercial-free after all...

What's more, I've been told that customers who are cancelling and asking for a refund are being told they can't have their money back! This is happening since Clear Channel, the major radio conglomerate, has bought out XM.

I'm definitely NOT renewing the free subscription that came with my car. I was already displeased with the quality of the digital audio, but this is definitely the last nail in the XM coffin for me.
