CIs & Smartlink+

I recently got a smartlink+ for the main reason people sitting on my right side here at home and it works great for that. Even more the blue tooth feature for my htc cell phone and I also use it to watch tv. My one question to anyone is how long do your processor batteries last when using the smartlink as it has shortened the life of mine to two days.

I don't know about CIs but when I use my smartlink with my HAs the battery life is about halved.

I guess you have a FM receiver attached to your CI processor? In this case the FM receiver get's powered by the speech processor batteries making the battery lifetime shorter, that's a small drawback when using FM systems.

Any attachments to CI will drain the battery life.
