Possibly a dumb question, but everyone's in a meeting here so there's no one around I can ask... what is the sign for "champ" ? It seems to come up a lot!

The way I've seen it is that your non-dominant hand is in a "1" handshape, and your dominant hand is in a bent "3" handshape. Just hold your non-dominant hand upright and bring your dominant hand down (down and at the same time over from the dominant side, not straight down) so that the palm of your dominant hand comes to touch the tip of your index finger on your non-dominant hand.
