Hi all.
I have been noticing that the CC on TWN (which I will be using to refer to The Weather Network in this thread) exists, but it is so non-functional that it for all intents and purposes does not have captioning.
TWN's captioning erratically scrolls along the screen and is very slow to display words as they come up.
I have tried to send them a complaint in the past, but I assume it did not get dealt with.
