The only problem with that is, most killers don't view their victims as people. They don't really feel sympathy for the victims or regret for killing. In fact, some killers would enjoy looking at the picture and reliving in their mind the act of killing. That is how they get their "jollies".

Hi Reba, That is where the death penalty comes in. Some of these people are 100% evil and won't change and if given the opporounity upon release from prison they will go out to commit more crimes resulting in the loss of innocent life.

The death penalty saves lives. :)
