Boy, 9, writes program that lets kids 'fingerpaint' on iPhone

Oh dang!! Lucky kid, He'll be the best programmer in the future when he graduates from college. His father, a programmer himself taught kids how to program. I wish my dad does the same!

Pretty soon that kiddie would use programming language to get out of doing something, like writing a sentence 500 times on the blackboard.

 Not a good idea to teach a kid how to program in the first place - maybe when the kid reaches maturity, like 17-18, then it'd be alright. I learned programming when I was 21 - first QuickBasic, then Visual Basic, then C++, then Java (know a little C#). I also learned HTML/Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, SQL and PL/SQL.

Suppose that kid uses all those languages in a bad way, like hacking, etc ..... imagine the chaos.
