If you are a parent of a child or many. It does not mean you can just give up taking care of yourselves. You can hit the gym, workout at home or outdoors while you eat healthy. It keeps you in excellent condition and away from doctors. Being in that position is excellent role model for your child, so they can take healthy steps to proper and happy achievements ahead of them because you showed them that nothing will stop you from being strong, healthy, fit, and successful. It also teaches them the difference between lazy versus active, eating junk versus healthy food.. many more.

I have been training people and more than 57% of them are parents. And more than 50% of us trainers are parent to a child. There is over 70% of the physical competitors who are parents. That means you can do the same...

If you do nothing about it, so will your child. So if you don't want them to go there, you show them how NOT to instead of giving it to them in words.

This can help you and your child avoid any health risks such as bad heart, Ejection Dysfunction, bad joints, imbalanced horomones, overweight, fragile, bad skin, and more. The improvements can be a success for who have asthma, diabetes, weak immunization, and more.
