Banana Bread

2 c. bananas(mangoes or carrots)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Mix ingredients together and bake at 325*F for 1 hour.

I alway make banana breads. some of them put in the freezer. Banana bread is good taste.

I looove sliced banana bread with whipped cream on top of it then sprinkle chopped pecans on it! mmmm yummy! ooooo of course, a tallll mug of strong java and cream to drink with it! mmmm Agree with me, Javapride?
