ASL Practice

I'm an interpreting student in Columbus Ohio looking for a few people to chat with today on skype if possible. Just practicing and finding new friends around here.

DO you know what is required to interpret in state of Ohio other than being fluent in ASL and taking Deaf Culture classes? I don't have a skype.
