ASL friendly housing in Chicago

Looking for ASL friendly housing in Chicago. I'm hard of hearing and will be moving to Chicago in August. I understand some spoken speech in limited contexts but it's frustrating and I prefer to live with people who at least basic signs. I'm making the transition from primarily typing and talking to communicate to signing most of the time and talking only when I need to. It's a really awkward transition but I really prefer to sign the more I learn. I only have signed English background in school so am learning ASL now and am not fluent now, but hope to become fluent the more I use it. I'm also taking ASL classes.
