Are these good sign language classes?

Speaking of SPAM... I haven't had a good Spam and egg sandwich since my year in Korea. Boy does that bring back memories!!! My Korean mother used to make the sandwich with a kind of french toast. Very tasty!

(note: I was an exchange student to Korea in 89/90)

Fermented napa cabbage. Can be either spicy or sour. The flavor depends on how long you let it be riped for and how much spice you put in.

We used to take the Spam loaf, slice it into 5 pieces, but not quite all the way through the bottom. Kind of like a fan. Stick sliced cheddar cheese in there and tie with kitchen string, cover with BBQ sauce and bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. Serve with elbow macaroni, green beans and a salad. That used to be a Thursday night dinner.
 
Woot! I'm getting a community ed ASL upgrade!!! I found an ASL mentor at my first deaf coffee. I'm going to get 1-on-1 instruction from a deaf teacher, and I'm going to dump my other class and get a refund. I start a week from Monday. I am SO excited!
