I had a similar issue while in college dorm seven years ago. Douches kept playing with my doorlight, and with my room right in front of stairwell, and near the floor lounge and restroom catching the asshats was impossible short of standing in front of peep hole.

I reported it to my RA multiple times, and left notes on my door white board that whoever had a problem with me to Man Up and talk to me...until the white board was stolen off the door.

Tired of nothing being done, I started downloading loud gay fetish porn, blasting the volume, and setting the player to repeat the playlist and then going to work for 10 hours. "There was a warning, now there is porning. Blame the asshats." Nothing changed but at least I felt less pissed and never got in trouble.

That's awesome. LOL! I may have to try that sometime. Luckily, there have been few incidents since my last post. The woman in the office got arrested with two two others. The annoying part is them summoning residents for court especially when the prosecutor asks me questions and is trying to ruin my credibility as someone who was being bothered.

I don't know if it is the HAs or the fact I am a college student...or maybe because I was trying to into law enforcement. Rude guy. Luckily, law school is around the corner. Maybe in the future I can go against this guy in court and embarrass him for once.

Easy rebuttal even if you don't go into a spiel about the intricacies of hearing loss and your residual hearing. "Have you ever seen a Charlie Brown TV special? You know how the teacher's voice is just this loud squawk, not even a voice? All that racket was a lot of teachers squawking for me, unclear but loud and annoying. I don't need to know if it's Katy Perry kissing a girl or a rapper with 99 problems, the music is a disturbance."
