Anyone have Motorola/Netopia 3347? Does your videophone work?

I can call out on my VP-200, but can't receive calls.

I am wondering why - I have contacted Sorenson and they haven't sent in someone in yet.

I wonder what I need to change in my configuration - the biggest issue is that the 3347 has NO DMZ on it.

My ISP is useless, basically. I need to know if there is a fix for this problem, or if they can suggest a modem gateway I can buy that works very well with Fiops (Fiber Optics - I have 12M from Qwest)

Does it have Virtual Server??

me know, I can provide you two line "truncated" Virtual server for your router. This should get it fixed to allow you to receive calls.

That's right it don't have DMZ but you can use port forward.
