anyone here play GT4? i think it's one of the best driving sim for the PS2, it may have some bugs in it's driving physic (ie: you can't do donuts), and engine sounds are abit crappy (espically for the American classic muscle car's V8 sound) but I think it's still overall well done, driving physic are more realistic then other games out on the market, and have a huge amount of driviable cars. Photo mode was fun as well, I've taken enjoyment on taking pictures.

here's my photos:

Yea, I have one and love to play it.

Have you been played Tourist Trophy? It's racing for motorcuycle and it make same as GT.

not yet, I've seen TT, and heard that it isn't really worth the buy now, people are saying that it's kind of easy and that it wasn't what they expected. but I'll either rent it or wait till it's greatest hit before buying and stuff.

It's one year to become greatest hits but rent the game is worth.

I can't wait to get MotoGP 4 on June 20... Tourist Trophy is great on graphic but control is poor because it's getting fell down alot and hard to turn it.

my grips about TT was that you only get to race 4 people at a time, physic isn't correct, stupid ai's, and basically short gameplay

Yea, it was hard to find out that can race with more than 20 people.

I just little unhappy about MotoGP 4 because graphic isn't good.

the Ps2's engine isn't so up to snuff now, it's pretty old.

Yea, it had been reached technical limitation.

I can't wait to get PS3 on Nov 17 and it will be rip xbox 360 off.

I haven't tried GT4 yet. I still have the GT3 :P I don't play games that much, though. We all need to go out more than staying home sitting around on the ol couch. :P

GT3 is still good one, take me out now. :)

yep, Gt3 is still good in some ways compared to GT4, you can do donuts, and the rally physic in Gt3 was so much more fun, (I can beat some of the rally race in the classic mini cooper haha) and drifting was easier, although I can drift in GT4 as well, but it took a longer time to learn

but GT4 still owns, photomode, le scarthe, Nurburgring Nordschleife <3, tons of cars (well lots of repetitive cars at least lol), and "improved" physic.

I've played all the GT's on the PS1 and PS2, but I prefer the xbox version of the GT series named "Forza Motorsport".

Forza's physics and car customization are much better than the GT series. Also I feel much more comfortable playing Forza than GT. Plus damage in Forza is more significant than in GT. Hit a wall in GT, the car still looks brand new compared to hitting a wall in Forza, your car will sure look ready to go to the junkyard at end of race if you're not careful.

Forza's car selection isnt as much repetitive as GT's 15+ Skyline GT-R's, 12+ Mitsubishi Lancer Evo's, you name it plus the advantage of Ferrari and Porsche that havent been available in GT (except for the RUF's -modded Porsches)

Drifting in Forza is much easier than in GT as long as the ABS, TCS and yaw controls are turned off.

However I have seen shots of the PS3's GT-HD....all I could say was "Wow" especially cause it now includes both cars and bikes together!

and oh speaking of the Nurburgring Nordschleife, I've played both versions of the track in GT4 and Forza, I prefer Forza as it is more wider than GT's. and GT's start/finish line is different from Forza's start/finish line.

damage is a plus in forza I'll give it that

drifting in gt4 is harder, but more satisfing, because cars in forza natually slides, in fact, they shouldn't be sliding that much.

yeah, and that isn't even gt5, it's only a gt4.5, gt5 will be even better

GT's start line was the old starting line, and forza's line was the new one, and also, GT4's nurb is more realistic, that is actually how wide the nurb is, so imagine driving it in real life. forza's one is also smoother, while real nurb is very bumpy and old.

I really like Forza Motorsports. It is awesome. Soon Forza will come on Xbox 360. It is even better than all racing games!

Check it out on E3 on forza motorsports.

When I get back home and will try to put pictures on tread.

See ya,
