I used to lived in Ontario, Canada for almost 20 years. I just moved back home to New Mexico last year (September, 2013). My husband passed away in 2012. That is the reason why I decided to come back home to my sister and her children. Sorry about that. I hope you will find Deaf events in Alberta. They should have large Deaf communities there. Are you deaf or hard of hearing? Hearing? Are you Native? There are many Natives (Plains Crees) in Alberta including other tribes.
