why does my family watch stuff that doesnt have close captioned!

because they're hearing ..lol my mom does the same thing and then when I ask her to turn it up she's like UGHH it's too loud..so then I usually get up and say fine ill go to my OWN room and watch my own tv have fun by yourself and that usually shuts her up or ill just go upstairs lol
