I shouldn't have laughed at this, because my dad has Alzheimer's. It was the last sentence that struck me as funny. I'm assuming the "it" are the unmentionable parts :)

My great-aunt had Alzheimer also but not laughing matter I love her very dearly that is my grandma's sister
