allowing mock location

From your experience if you used the mock locations on your cell phone. Is it a good idea to put the mark on the allowing mock locations?

I may not think of something as to why not to put the mark/check on the box of the allowing mock locations. as of right now i checked the box of allowing mock locations because i dont want anyone to know where i am. or am i misunderstanding?

The mock location on Android phones is for development purposes, for apps and such. Also, you can download an app that allows you to change your location. However, no one will know where you are, unless you choose to post somewhere, such as Facebook, Google+, Twitter, or Latitude. Simply having it check or not will do nothing to affect your phone or location.
