I tried to request an interpreter for apartment application process. Apartment replied that they would not "supplied" the interpreter. To minimize the confusions, interpreters translates English into ASL in the way I can understand. They suggest to use phone relay, but I want to meet with property manager and district manager. Beside, phone relay wouldn't work because it's against the law to use it in the same room.
