Aaarggghh! Breyer's Ice Cream!

If i go with chocolate ice cream then i need to add marshmallow in it. if I go with vanilla then i need to add the chocolate syrup.

I prefer chocolate ice cream with mini M&M's candies mixed.

Botti, that berry ice cream you describe has my mouth watering!

:wave:Jillio!

I have never made homemade ice cream, what is the average amount of time it takes?

people's choice: custard or ice cream? :giggle:

If it is a simple recipe, with no custard to cook, you can mix it up in fifteen minutes, then put it in the ice cream maker for about one half hour, and then put it in an airtight container and freeze for at least two hours.

I have sorbet recipes too, which can be enjoyed by people with milk allergies.

I use my mom's cooked custard recipe as a base. Starting with that, then plugging in the freezer and letting it do the work is usually 2 1/2 - 3 hours start to ready to eat.
