70 dead cats found in bags outside San Antonio

70 cats in seven large trash bags that were dumped on the road? That's just cold and heartless for someone to do such thing like this.
 
That's sad. So many cats in the bags dumped. Sound like a breeder cos of only one breed of cat, siamese. I hope it will be found out soon who dumped the cats.
