I just looked at this post, and I'm not sure if anyone has said this already, but another term for this is "pansexual". I find that sexual fluidity has a certain eloquence to it though :) I also happen to be sexually fluid, however I usually just say bisexual so that people dont get confused.

I'm also bisexual, and it seems to me that I'm more attracted to personality than any specific look. although I've noticed that I don't tend to be attracted to the incredibly butch girls, the ones that look like men... Not sure why, I'm attracted to men as well...
