I'm not deaf, but all I need is the vibration of my phone's alarm to wake me up. I don't wake up to sounds or music. The vibration is much easier and softer for me.

I use a tight case. That will help with the vibrations being passed through it.

iPhone. LED notifications, custom vibrations for different callers. Vibrations differ between emails, apps, calls, and texts. Font size changing for stock apps, third party-apps have their own sometimes. iOS is full is accessibility settings.
