How true that is. I know quite a few people with CI. All seems have different experience with CI. From your posting and a very, very good friend's experience, one can experience same kind surgery differently.

Amen!!! I drink a lot of water. I also do drink lot of tea (hot and cold). I tend to reuse my tea bags at lest two time for hot, then re use it for cold. Seems to work out just fine for me. Plus you are right about Rice.

How true that is. On top of that look how few gadget these people have compare to what they do now. Not only that people just seem more in shape by eat right portion size, heather eat style, moving more. Look how much children (adult too) are glue to compter, video games, and TV. Also HFCS...

I agree with you on this topic. Sad part is that heathy food cost more than some of processed food. It is amazed me how much more at times.

I have to say all time favor is "oh I am so sorry that you deaf". I am little bit of smart aleck since I was a kid. So my response is usually something like this "Oh, I am so sorry that you are hearing and I bet you can't sleep throught the night because of noise" especially in the city like...

Yep, I do understand that BIG TIME!!! I tell my family that usually I don't reliazed that I am not understand the topic the right way (especially the jokes). Nor do I want to ruin the joke or mood of the room by asking them same old song "what I didn't get that. Mind repeat what just said"...
